Our salmon

Our smoked salmon is a prestige product with a flavour and texture far superior to that of many of its mass-market competitors.  Lay & Robson prides itself on being able to meet the most discerning chef’s criteria for taste and quality and has won several Great Taste Awards.

Although primarily existing to serve the requirements of the catering trade, we have offered a mail order service to retail customers for many years.  Using insulated, chilled containers, we are able to dispatch orders to any mainland address in the UK.
